Please read our terms and conditions carefully before purchasing. Placing your order will indicate to us that you accept these terms and conditions.

COPYRIGHT All designs on this website are the sole property of MISPRNT and are covered by copyright. Unless advised by the customer prior to placing an order, MISPRNT reserves the right to use any design created for a customer as samples and can photograph this stationery for advertising purposes online, across social media and website galleries.

PAYMENT Full payment is required before your artwork is created and emailed through to you for approval. All amounts shown are in Australian dollars and pricing includes GST.

ORDER PROCESS Once you submit your order through our website, additional wording can be submitted via email (info@misprnt.com). You will receive an emailed proof of your design within 72 hours of placing your order. You will need to check this proof carefully for any errors or changes you would like to make. Once you have sent us your approval indicating your artwork is correct, please allow 2-3 weeks for printing & delivery. If you require a shorter delivery time, please let us know at the time you place your order.  

ERRORS MISPRNT cannot be held responsible for any typing errors noticed after the proofs have been approved. If any errors do occur after approval that differ from your approved artwork, your order will be corrected, printed and delivered at no charge. Client error after the proof has been approved can be reprinted at the client’s expense.

STOCK Orders are subject to stock availability. In the event of supply difficulties MISPRNT will inform you and discuss alternative materials or designs.
